Temporary Speed Indicator Device (SID)

The speed indicator device (SID) which was purchased as a result of a successful grant application from the Derbyshire Police & Crime Commissioner has now been relocated from Lady Lea Road to the second location on Horsley Road.

The SID accurately measures the speed of oncoming vehicles and displays this value to the driver.

We hope this will reduce the speed at which vehicles travel through the village.
