Chesterfield to Willington Stage 1 Consultation - Events Cancellation Update

The Chesterfield to Willington Stage 1 consultation launched on 14 May 2024. With the announcement of a General Election on 4 July 2024, we are rescheduling consultation events that were planned during the pre-election period and will be extending the deadline for consultation feedback.

We will reschedule these events as soon as possible after the election and will communicate the rescheduled dates closer to the time with finalised event details.

The consultation will remain open during this period and your ability to provide feedback will not be affected. Our project phone line and email will also continue to be monitored throughout this period should you require any assistance or have any questions.

As a parish council/council in or surrounding the proposed Emerging Preferred Corridor, we previously provided you with information / assets to promote the consultation and more specifically the events and webinars on our behalf. Can we please ask that these are removed and instead promote the above message that our events are now cancelled until further notice. We value your support.
